THE SUNSHINE COLLECTIVE

1. PRODUCTS

The Sunshine Collective produces handmade jewelry, ceramics, and other small-batch goods. Products are individually handmade and may include variations in shape, texture, color, finish, markings, and other details.

Specific products, quantities, pricing, and production timelines will be confirmed at the time each wholesale order is placed.

Because products are handmade, no two pieces are guaranteed to be exactly identical. These variations are considered part of the character and value of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

2. WHOLESALE PRICING & MINIMUM ORDER

Wholesale pricing is provided by The Sunshine Collective and may vary depending on the product, quantity ordered, materials, and production requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders have a minimum order value of $1,200.

Wholesale pricing does not include shipping, applicable taxes, or other fees unless specifically stated in writing.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Wholesale orders are considered confirmed once the Buyer has submitted the required order information and any applicable deposit has been received.

The Sunshine Collective reserves the right to decline or modify an order if materials, production capacity, or other circumstances prevent the order from being fulfilled as requested.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit is required to begin production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and prior to shipment.

Production will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

Once production has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable because materials and labor have been committed to the order.

5. PRODUCTION TIME

Production timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on order size, product type, materials, and current production capacity.

Estimated production times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If an unforeseen circumstance is expected to significantly delay an order, The Sunshine Collective will communicate the delay to the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible.

6. SHIPPING

Wholesale pricing does not include shipping.

Shipping will be billed separately at the time the order is ready to ship. The Sunshine Collective will use a reasonably cost-effective shipping method through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier.

Shipments may be insured when appropriate.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Sunshine Collective is not responsible for carrier delays outside of its control.

7. DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING

The Sunshine Collective will package wholesale orders with reasonable care to help prevent damage during transit.

If an order arrives damaged, the Buyer should notify The Sunshine Collective as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products.

Any claims related to shipping damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, may be handled through the shipping carrier or shipping insurance.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because wholesale products are handmade and produced specifically for each order, wholesale purchases are generally final sale.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if products arrive defective, damaged prior to shipment, or materially different from what was agreed upon in the confirmed order.

Any issue should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

9. HANDMADE VARIATIONS

The Buyer acknowledges that handmade products naturally contain variations.

Differences in color, texture, dimensions, glaze, markings, shape, finish, or other minor characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

Product photographs may also vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screens, and the handmade nature of each piece.

10. RETAIL & RESALE

Buyer may resell purchased products through its own approved retail channels.

Buyer may not represent The Sunshine Collective products as products manufactured or designed by the Buyer.

The Sunshine Collective's name, product descriptions, photography, artwork, logos, and other brand materials remain the property of The Sunshine Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Buyer agrees to represent The Sunshine Collective products accurately and in a manner consistent with the brand.

Buyer may use approved product photography and descriptions supplied by The Sunshine Collective for the purpose of marketing and selling the products.

Any alteration to product descriptions, materials information, or other product claims should be approved by The Sunshine Collective before publication.

12. CANCELLATION

Wholesale orders may be cancelled prior to the beginning of production at the discretion of The Sunshine Collective with a forfeit of 10% of the deposit.

Once production has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover materials, labor, and other costs already incurred.

If an order is abandoned or cancelled after substantial production has begun, The Sunshine Collective may require payment for completed work, materials, and other non-recoverable costs.

13. AVAILABILITY

All wholesale orders are subject to product and material availability.

The Sunshine Collective reserves the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue a product when necessary due to material availability, production limitations, or other circumstances.

If a requested product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Buyer will be notified and offered an appropriate alternative or adjustment.

14. WHOLESALE RELATIONSHIP

Acceptance of a wholesale order does not create an exclusive relationship between The Sunshine Collective and the Buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Sunshine Collective may sell its products through other retailers, directly to consumers, online, at markets, and through other wholesale accounts.

15. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By submitting a wholesale order and/or paying the required deposit, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Wholesale Agreement.

Any terms that differ from this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
