Contact will be made within 48 hours of placing an order to determine the best method of delivering silicone mix to take your pet’s nose print. If local to the San Diego area, in person is the easiest option. Upon ordering, a form will prompt for information on how you’d like to connect and instructions will follow from there.

If the customer does not respond to the outreach within 7 days, an automatic 90% refund will be sent back via the original payment method.

After silicone has been mailed out, it is the customer’s responsibility to take a print of the pet nose and mail back to the address provided after ordering. The cost of shipping will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method (up to $10). A video on how to take a good print of your pet’s nose will also be provided, as well as a small metal box and a label.

Production is dependent on receiving the silicone print back from the customer. Customers have up to one year to mail back the silicone print, otherwise the cost will be reconsidered (precious metals vary in price daily).

Production times are set for 4-6 weeks but often take less than that.

This is a one man show, so shipping happens through USPS and upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If local to San Diego, there is an option for pick up/delivery, if your zip code falls in the accepted range. Shipping is a flat rate of $10 + 2% handling fee on goods (this typically makes up the difference for safe packaging and insurance in the case that something happens during shipment).

Anything you purchase from goodies (apparel) is shipped from a warehouse in the US and tracking information will be provided from the third party.

what’s the return policy?

Unfortunately there are no returns on ceramics, goodies (apparel), or custom products. On jewelry, there is a 90 day return option, shipping not included.


How do the goodies ship?

The goodies page features drop shipping clothing and apparel options that are made on demand and shipped from a warehouse in the US. While not being shipped directly from sunny San Diego, these products feature hand drawn patterns and design.


No worries! That’s why all packages shipped have a minimum of $100 insurance on them. After filing a claim with the USPS for broken or damaged goods, a replacement will be made and shipped. Please allow 6-8 weeks for replacements to be made, as ceramics take a minimum of 2 weeks to be made.

Why does production take so long?

Production is dependent on availability of resources, number of orders, and holidays. All gold jewelry is made to order, but most silver jewelry is stocked. All ceramic pieces will be stocked with the appropriate number available and when sold out, production takes at least 2 weeks to restock.
